Extra Extra...Read ALL about Stuttering!

Stuttering is complex, interesting, misunderstood and newsworthy which is why we see reports on the subject all the time.  Television, newspapers, magazines, internet sites and others report on stuttering.  The views and attitudes expressed about stuttering is not always accurate to reflect the views of the National Stuttering Association.  Reporters are often looking for an intersting angle or an "amazing breakthrough possible cure" for stuttering so they focus on specific findings.  Nonetheless we appreicate and welcome the publicity since it bring stuttering to the forefront and increases stuttering awareness.  If you would like to contact your local news sources, email us for tips or templates for letters to get their attention.  Visit the stuttering information portion of the NSA website for facts, myths and FAQs.
