Important Dates and Notes:
1. Workshop submission deadline is March 18, 2012.
2. You will be notified by May 15, 2012, if your workshop has been accepted.
3. Changes to or additional AV equipment will not be accepted after June 1, 2012.
4. Computers, speakers, laptops will NOT be supplied. You will need to bring your own laptop.
5. TV/DVD package will not available.
6. All microphones will be the standard issue podium microphone.
7. The submission form must be filled out completely to be considered.
8. All workshop schedules are subject to change. If any changes are made to the workshop program, you will be notified as soon as possible.
9. If your workshop for the Family Programs is accepted, the primary presenter and co-presenters will be required to complete a Safe Environment Screening form, which includes granting the NSA permission to complete a criminal background check.
